Can I refer a patient without a Medicare or DVA card?: Glen Medicine can conduct a private HMR by arrangement, please contact us for further details.

What is a Credentialed Pharmacist?: A credentialed pharmacist has completed extra study to specialise in quality use of medicines. They make evidence-based recommendations to the prescribing doctor, with the health goals of the patient in front of mind.

When can I expect the report?: The interview is generally booked and completed within 14 days of the referral. If this is not possible, the credentialed pharmacist will notify the referring doctor of the expected interview date.
