: A credentialed pharmacist has completed extra study to specialise in quality use of medicines. They make evidence-based recommendations to the prescribing doctor, with the health goals of the patient in front of mind.

: The interview is generally booked and completed within 14 days of the referral. If this is not possible, the credentialed pharmacist will notify the referring doctor of the expected interview date.
